Express 24 - Up to 30kg = £9.00 + £9.00 for each additional 30kg or part there of.

Delivery Service Information
Parcelforce Express AM = Next working day before 12 Noon from the date of dispatch - Monday to Friday only.
Parcelforce Express 24 = Next working day from the date of dispatch - Monday to Friday only.
Parcelforce Express 48 = 2 working days from the date of dispatch - Monday to Friday only.
Parcelforce Euro 48 = 2 working days from the date of dispatch - Monday to Friday only.
Please note: In some isolated cases it may take a little longer depending upon your geographical location.
Delivery Dispatch Times
Orders are dispatched by us Monday to Friday only with the exception of Bank Holiday Mondays.
Orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day.
Order placed after 12 noon on Fridays will be dispatched on the following Monday or shortly thereafter.
Unscheduled Returns
When placing an order with us, we shall expect that someone will be present to sign for the goods ordered.
Normally one attempt will be made by our appointed couriers to deliver your order. If our appointed couriers are unable to deliver your order it may be returned to us if it is not collected from either the post office or the appointed couriers depot which will be specified on customer not present calling card within the number of days permitted. Orders which are returned to us will be dealt with in following manor.
1. We can offer a full refund for each of the items returned to us minus the (original delivery charges)
2. We can try to re-send your order which will entail you having to re-pay the (original delivery charges)
Please note: that any fees or surcharges incurred by us from the courier for returning of your order to us will be deducted from any subsequent refunds issued.
Orders Containing Livefoods
Orders which contain livefoods with the exception of (dried mealworms) are dispatched directly by our suppler and as such they will be delivered independently by Royal Mail. Livefood orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday only with the exception of Bank Holiday Mondays to UK Mainland postal addresses only. Orders received after 10am on Thursday will be dispatched on the following Monday or shortly thereafter.
King's Cages Delivery Details
King's Cages are delivered FREE to most of the UK
All King's Cages are delivered to most of the UK mainland by Nightfreights "Deliver2Home" service. Our supplier will contact you by telephone after you have placed your order to arrange a mutually convenient date for delivery - normally delivery slots will be available 7-14 days after your order has been accepted.
Please note, once a delivery slot is booked this can only be changed or cancelled with 7 days notice as the routes are planned a week in advance to allow time for the cage to be collected and transferred to the delivery depot. If any changes are necessary within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date, or there is no-one to receive delivery on the agreed date, there will be a £25 charge payable before delivery can be re-arranged.
Due to the higher cost of delivering to remote, rural or offshore addresses, most carriers impose delivery surcharges, and our suppliers in turn have to pass on this cost to be fair to other customers. The following UK postcode areas are subject to delivery surcharges for all King's Cages and are not available for free delivery.
