Delivery Information
Free Delivery – for all Orders Over £100.00
Orders under the value of £100.00 wil be subject to a standard FLAT RATE delivery charge of £5.95 per order whatever vaule or weight.
Most order are delivered within 5 working days form the date of dispatch.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays such as Bank Holliday Mondays etc.
Orders received after 12pm (noon) on Friday will be dispatched on the follow Monday or shorftly thereafter.
If your order contains an item which is currently out of stock but due in the next few days, we will wait until the whole order can be despatched together. Should an item be particularly urgent please state this at the time of ordering so we can contact you if there is going to be any delays.
Please note: shipping is available to most parts of the UK excluding a small number of isolated locations.
Important Delivery Information
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time for the delivery services we use.
Please use full street address; we cannot deliver to PO boxes. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in your parcel being delayed or even returned to us which may incur re-delivery charges.
Please ensure that you are available to take delivery of your parcel. If for any reason you are not available to accept the parcel it will normally be held for a short time by the courier for you to either collect or for you to make arrangments with the courier service to re-attempt delivery before being returned to us, if your parcel is returned to us it may result in additional charges.
Orders dispatched using Parcelforce require a signature upon delivery and cannot be left outside the premises. We are happy to arrange delivery to a friend, relative, neighbour or your business address if this is more convenient, you can choose this option during the checkout process.
