Polly`s Edible Calcium Perches are made of real cuttlebone and 100% digestible calcium in real fruit (assorted) flavours. Pollys Cuttlebone Perches can be fixed to top or side of any cage. Cuttlebone, the internal shell of a cuttlefish contains the highest amounts of natural calcium plus phosphate as well as many other important trace minerals. Cuttlebone has been used for well over a century to provide supplemental Calcium to pet birds. Birds naturally crave its lime and salt flavour. Calcium in needed for strong bones, proper muscle functions, egg development, and for the prevention of health problems like egg binding. These edible cuttlebone perches offer an incredible source of calcium and they are available in three great flavours i.e. Strawberry, Orange, and Pineapple.
